Disney+ is home to a large variety of TV shows and movies from The Walt Disney Company’s large catalogue, and a few extras. Through acquisitions, many cinematic gems from the libraries of Marvel, Pixar, Star Wars and Twentieth Century Studios are available to stream on the platform.
Under Disney’s own hub, a huge number of movies from the last century of filmmaking are also available. The ever-popular collection of animated classics is there, along with many of the studio’s live-action efforts. However, the latter isn’t as complete as the former. Vintage big hitters like Pollyanna (1960, The Parent Trap (1961), Mary Poppins (1964), That Darn Cat (1965) and the Love Bug movies are all there. Lesser known titles (from Disney’s years making family movies on a budget) are underserved.
Here is a list of films made under the Walt Disney Productions label (Later Walt Disney Pictures) that are unavailable to stream on Disney Plus in the UK. We are only including movies made up to 1983, as the library is more represented after that year. Some titles may be available in other countries.
Please note that Victory Through Air Power (1943) and Song of the South (1946) are excluded as they’re doubtful ever to be added, due to content. Many on this list, although obscure, still have a probable chance of being added.

A great number of the titles listed are available to purchase or rent on digital platforms but are not available to stream on Disney+. It is hoped that later this year, more of these titles will be uploaded to celebrate the one-hundredth anniversary of Disney.
