Network Distributing announce a new UK release of Bob Kellett’s clever series of comedy films Futtock’s End and Other Stories on both DVD and Blu-ray. The films have been newly restored in High Definition.
Bob Kellett, British comedy director extraordinaire, directed four short films between 1964 and 1970. A Home of Your Own, San Ferry Ann, Futtocks End and Vive Le Sport are collected here to be enjoyed together. “Wordless” films, all the meaning is conveyed via expression, action, sound effects and music.
The collection stars treasured performers such as Ronnie Barker, Richard Briers, Bernard Cribbins, Barbara Windsor, David Lodge, Wilfrid Brambell, Joan Sims and Michael Hordern.
