Here at Old Time Review, we like to update you on classic pre-1980 films which are available to view on streaming services. According to JustWatch, six titles were added to the MGM Amazon Prime channel this month.
This month saw a mixed batch of films from the United Artists library.
The films added include:
- Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978) – Science Fiction Horror directed by Philip Kaufman, starring Donald Sutherland, Brooke Adams, Leonard Nimoy, Jeff Goldblum and Veronica Cartwright.
- Paths of Glory (1957) – Anti-War Drama directed by Stanley Kubrick, starring Kirk Douglas, Ralph Meeker, and Adolphe Menjou.
- The Party (1968) – Comedy directed by Blake Edwards, starring Peter Sellers and Claudine Longet.
- Humanoids from the Deep (1980) – Science Fiction Horror directed by Barbara Peeters, starring Doug McClure and Ann Turkel.
- The Defiant Ones (1958) – Drama directed by Stanley Kramer, starring Tony Curtis and Sidney Poitier.
- The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974) – Thriller directed by Joseph Sargent, starring Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw.
The Party and The Taking of Pelham One Two Three were previously available to stream on Freevee. At least one of the above films is also available to stream via Prime.
