Pluto TV has added 50 episodes of Prisoner Cell Block H in the last week. This follows recent news of the Australian Drama’s arrival on My5.
The series first aired on Network Ten in 1979, running for 692 episodes over 8 seasons until 1986. It was initially broadcast on ITV in the UK before being shown on Channel 5 later. A reimagining of the series, entitled Wentworth, began in 2012.
Pluto TV is an ad-supported streaming service which offers live channels dedicated to specific genres. It also has an on-demand section with a variety of films and TV series. Pluto TV and Channel 5 are both owned by Paramount Global. It is unknown if further episodes of Prisoner Cell Block H will be added after this batch.
