Jamie’s Reaction
I’m always excited when StudioCanal decides to restore one of the Vintage films from the vast collection. I recently had the pleasure of reviewing their release of Three Men in a Boat, which was fantastic. I’m sure this will uphold their excellent reputation.
I haven’t seen this film but I know that Ealing Studios is considered a mark of quality. I anticipate a dark film with moody black and white cinematography, which I’m certain will look stunning in this restoration. It will also be interesting to try and spot some of the outer cast, including Herbert Lom, Bernard Lee and Sam Kydd.
