The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp Coming to Talking Pictures TV

Talking Pictures TV has announced its intention to broadcast the classic American Western series The Life and Legend Of Wyatt Earp.

The Life and Legend Of Wyatt Earp is an adult western series, starring Hugh O’Brian. It aired for six seasons on ABC from 1955 to 1961, running for 229 episodes. The series is loosely based on the life of frontier marshal Wyatt Earp. The series also stars Morgan Woodward, Ray Kellogg, and William Tannen among others

The show will be joining Talking PicturesSaddle Up! strand, a selection of vintage Western movies, serials and series. It will sit alongside such titles as The Tall Men and Bonanza. The strand goes out on Wednesday afternoons, introduced by James Stevens.

Talking Pictures TV has a track record for airing rarely-seen series from both Britain and the US. Recent classic American series in its schedule include The Beverly Hillbillies, Bonanza and Batman. We will continue to update if further titles are announced.

The Life and Legend Of Wyatt Earp will begin airing on Talking Pictures on Wednesday the 24th of July at 5:25pm. It will continue weekly around the same time.
