Talking Pictures TV has announced it will begin airing the classic American Western series 26 Men.
26 Men is an American Western series that originally aired from 1957 to 1959. Starring Tristram Coffin as Captain Thomas H. Rynning, the show ran for two seasons and featured 78 episodes. Based on true events, the series portrays the activities of the Arizona Rangers, a law enforcement agency tasked with bringing order to the Arizona Territory during the early 20th centuries. The show also features Kelo Henderson as Ranger Clint Travis.
The series will join Talking Pictures TV’s Saddle Up! strand, which showcases a wide array of vintage Western films, serials, and TV shows. 26 Men will air in the slot after The Adventures of Jim Bowie. The Saddle Up! programming block, hosted by James Stevens, broadcasts on Wednesday afternoons and includes introductions and background information for each title.
26 Men will begin airing on Talking Pictures on Wednesday 9th October at 5.55pm and will continue weekly at the same time.
